The Essentials

The Essentials are a 4-piece pop variety band from Kansas City.  They play a unique mix of music representing a variety of styles, eras and genres - from Modern Rock to R&B, classic rock to a little country and 80's rock.

The Essentials consists of guitar, bass, keyboards and drums and is a vocal-oriented band.  Although their female vocalist, CC, is their primary vocalist, everyone in the band sings lead and backup.  This allows them to effectively cover a wide range of musical styles.

The band understands that their role is to keep the party moving and the guests dancing.  The Essentials play at events of all types including company parties, class and family reunions, wedding receptions, block parties, nightclubs, casinos, etc.
