Carl Cook is a solo violinist.  He has a Master of Music    degree in performance and pedagogy from the renowned Cleveland Institute of Music in Cleveland, Ohio.  He has performed live on stage with Michael Bolton, Mannheim Steamroller, The Cleveland Orchestra, Harry Connick Jr.  and the Moody Blues,  in addition to countless small ensembles.

Carl is a full-time freelance recording artist, instructor, and performer.  His parents, both college music instructors, made certain that he was immersed in the finer traditions of   classical, jazz and sacred music.  Carl began playing at age            three in an approach to classical violin which strongly emphasized playing by ear in the early years.  This training allows him to expand his range of styles, appealing to a wide audience.  Carl now makes his home in Kansas City.
